Description: Backcountry Guide Outfitters operates hunts within an exclusive 900sq mile hunting territory.  The area has over 200 lakes and 2 major river systems.  Our experienced guides use their knowledge of secret outfitter trails some aging over 40 years, Moose swamps and remote lakes.  This offers our clients a rare look at a true Canadian wilderness with exceptional big game populations.  We hunt Moose, Elk, Whitetail, Mule Deer, Black Bear and Grizzly. 

Backcountry offers 2 exceptional river hunts that allow our clients to see it all and see it up close.  The Elk River is one of the only locations in British Columbia  where Moose, Elk, Mule Deer, Whitetail, Black Bear, Grizzly, and Wolf frequent the river.

The Moose River offers clients a remote river hunt that has a high density of big bulls.  Ask about our river hunt packages.

Backcountry has a 50 – 75% repeat clientele and is usually booked 1 – 2 years ahead.

Our base camp is located just below the alpine, offering breathtaking views, Grizzly Bear viewing in the fall and game right out the door of our camp.  We invite you to stay in our warm, cozy, log cabins and enjoy our hearty home cooked meals.  This camp offers hot showers, satellite phones and generator power.   This camp is everything you are looking for in a wilderness hunting camp. 

Bring your favorite optics, as spot and stalk is the main method of hunting in this valley.   It is not uncommon to see Whitetail, Elk, Moose and Bear all in a single days hunt.

Description: Herrick Creek Outfitters has some of the last remote, untouched wilderness, providing outstanding quality hunts for goat, grizzly, moose and black bear. Description: Canadian Trapline Adventures provides everything you need for a truly Canadian Winter Adventure. Either accompany us on an old fashioned trapline adventure, a winter wolf/coyote hunt or a lynx/cougar baited hound hunt.. You will stay in one of our trapline cabins complete with warm fires, stories and "hot griddles" off the skillet.
